Alcoholic Fermentation: On concrete deposit with native fermenting fungus.
Malolactic fermentation: On concrete deposit.
Aged in 225l American, Hungarian and French oak barrels for 12 months and 8 months in concrete tanks.

Visual appearance: Cherry red with violet edge
Aroma: Berries, very clean toasted wood, balsamic, mineral, very elegant.
