Shipping and handling charges shall be borne by the addressee. Also the shipping costs and any other costs and/or commissions derived from the purchase and/or shipment will be displayed on the screen before the user finalizes the purchase. We deliver to the following areas: Andorra, Balearic Islands, mainland Spain, Portugal and France.
At the moment we do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.
All shipments are made by transport agency or courier.
To ensure the best service to our customers, we cannot accept reservations or deliveries after the date of purchase as we cannot guarantee the future stock of the products.
Shipments will be made on the working day following the formalization of the order, being the delivery at destination the following 48-72 hours to such shipment. In case of not being at the address indicated, the buyer will be responsible for arranging a new delivery date.
No orders will be served on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
On Fridays, shipments are only sent upon mutual acceptance of the conditions of receipt.
Shipments are shipped with quality packaging, in order to avoid as far as possible any defect or breakage that may occur during transport.
During Christmas, Easter, national holidays, etc., order deliveries may be delayed, so we recommend that you make your purchases for these dates well in advance.
