Varieties: Tempranillo, Garnacha and Albillo Mayor. Average production 3000 kg/Ha
Soil: Calcareous clayey loam.
Location of the vineyards: Manual selection of plots over 70 years old located in the surroundings of Aranda de Duero (Burgos).
Crop type: Sustainable agriculture.
Alcoholic fermentation: Direct pressing and fermentation in concrete tanks with indigenous yeast.
Malolactic fermentation: Partial malolactic fermentation in barrels.
Aged in 225-liter American oak barrels for 6 months and the rest of the time in bottle.
Alcohol %: 14.5º.
Production: 1.998 numbered bottles. 750 ml
Tasting notes
Visual appearance: Clean and bright strawberry red
Aroma: Red fruits, strawberries, raspberries, floral tones.
Palate: Fresh, long, elegant with great fruit load, good balance.
Self life between now and 10 years.
Recommended serving temperature: 12 ºC
Suitable pairings: paella, pasta, white meats, fish, seafood, spicy food, very versatile.
