Grape variety: Tempranillo 82%, Garnacha 15% and Albillo Mayor 3%.
Soil: Stone, clay and calcareous with calcareous subsoil.
Location of the vineyarsds: Manual selection of plots over 70 years old located in the surrondings
of Aranda de Duero (Burgos).
Crop Type: Sustuinable agriculture.
Average Yield: 5.000 kg/Ha
Alcoholic Fermentation: In concrete tanks with native yeast.
Malolactic Fementation: In concrete tanks.
Aged during 18 months in 225l. Spanish Oak Barrels, Quercus Pyrenaica, and afterwards 6 months
in concrete tanks.
Alcohol: 14,5º
Production: 13.700 numered bottles 750 ml.
Tasting notes
Visual appearance: Deep red cherry with violet edge. Deep color, High density.
Aroma: Fresh fruit, floral tones, lower forest, humus, moist soil, balsamic. Serious, deep and dark.
The minerality and earth characters expressed to their máximum.
Palate: Elegant, long, with very good structure and fatty. Essence of minerality, great balance in
combining fruit, wood and soil.
Self life between now and 20 years.
Recommended serving temperature 18º C.
