Location of the vineyard: Manual selection of a single vineyard of more than 90 years old located in Aranda de Duero (Burgos).
Type of cultivation: Sustainable and biodynamic agriculture.
Alcoholic fermentation: Direct pressing and fermentation in tank with indigenous yeast.
Aged in 225-liter American oak barrels for 24 months and the rest of the time in bottle.
Alcoholic content: 13.5º.
Production: 240 numbered bottles. 750 ml
Tasting notes
Visual phase: Tile red, onion skin, clean and bright.
Nose: Dried fruits, spices, undergrowth, mineral tones.
Tasting phase: Fresh, long, elegant with good acidity, very complex, good balance.
Keeps for 50 years.
