Grape variety: Tempranillo 85% and garnacha 15%. Average production 1.900 Kg/Ha
Soil: Stone, clay and calcareous with limestone subsoil
Location of the vineyards La Horra (Burgos) and Gumiel de Mercado (Burgos).
Crop type: Eco-ground and sustainable
Malolactic fermentation: in oak barrel during 9 months.
Aged in 250 French, European and Hungarian oak barrels for 26 months.
Alcohol: 14% by Vol.
Production: 4.420 numbered bottles (just 500 bottles for sale per year). 750 ML.
Visual appearance: garnet red color with medium high density with violet edge
Aroma: Floral, spicy, red fruit, cacao, very deep and high complexity. Very dynamic in the glass.
Palate: well-defined wine with character and personality. Velvety, vertical, reminds you of the soil where it was born
Self life between now and 20 years.
