Malolactic fermentation: In Spanish oak barrels.
Aged 16 months in Spanish oak barrels (Quercus Pyrenaica) in 225 and 500 liter formats.
Alcohol: 13,5% by Vol.
Production: 2.690 numered bottles. 750ml.
Tasting notes
Visual appearance: : Yellow tones with golden trim
Aroma: White fruits, citrus tones, honey, very complex spices, scrubland, white fruits, quince, balsamic, floral with hints of undergrowth and toasted wood.
Palate: Soft entrance, glyceric, long, fresh with a fresh and velvety aftertaste, vertical and with a great cellaring capacity.
Self life between now and fifteen years.
Recommended serving temperature 11-12 ºC
