The vineyard of the Territorio Luthier winery was planted in April 2020. There are 1800 vines of the varieties mandón, tinto jeromo, puesta en cruz and gajo arroba.

Wines from Castilla y León produced by microvinifications within the FEADER project of ITACyL: “Characterization and agronomic and enological development of new wines from minority grape varieties (Vitis vinifera L.) of Castilla y León”. The wines correspond to the 2019 campaign and are of the varieties Tinto Jeromo, Gajo Arroba, Mandón, Puesta en Cruz, Rufete serrano blanco and bruñal among others.
