Location of the vineyards: Manual selection of plots with over 90 years old located in Aranda de Duero and Zazuar (Burgos)
Crop type: Eco-ground.
Average Yield: 3.500 kg/Ha
Alcoholic Fermentation: Earthenware jar and oak barrels with native fermenting fungus.
Malolactic fermentation: In earthenware jar and oak barrels during 8 months.
Aged in 225 L Hungarian oak barrel for 20 months and the rest of the time in bottle.
Alcohol %: 13,5º
Production: 4.490 numbered bottles (750 ml).
Tasting notes
Visual apearence: Yellow with Golden border.
Aroma: Complex nose with perfect integration of the fruit, oak and flower. Balsamic aroma, extreme minerality and citrus.
Palate: Silky mouth, lots of volumen, fresh and mineral.
Self life between now and 30 years.
Recommended serving temperature: Between 12ºC y 14ºC
