Alcoholic Fermentation: On concrete deposit with native fermenting fungus
Malolactic fermentation: in 225L and 300L French and Hungarian oak barrels.
Aged 225 L and 300 L. of 75% French, 25% Hungarian oak for 18 months.
Alcohol %: 14.5
Production: numbered 2.756 bottles
Visual appearance: garnet red color with medium high density with violet edge
Aroma: Balsamic, mineral, floral, red fruit, fine spicy and cacao.
Palate: very elegant wine with character and finesse. Floral, fresh red and black fruit, tobacco and
black licorice. Structured, delicate and long. Perfectly balanced sweet tannins that give palatability
Self life between now and 25 years.
