Alcoholic Fermentation: Oak barrels with native yeast
Malolactic fermentation: Oak barrels during 8 months
Aged in 225 L Hungarian oak barrel for 21 months and the rest of the time in bottle.

Production: 6.108 numbered bottles 750 ml.
Tasting notes
Visual appearance: Golden yellow with greenish reflections, clean and shinny
Aroma: Balsamic nose with hints of eucalyptus. Strong mineral character that eventually dominates
the limestone, very intense, fruity.
Palate: Good structure, sapid with citric acidity with long and saline finish
Self-life between now and 30 years.
Recommended serving temperature: Between 12ºC y 14ºC
