Varieties: Albillo Mayor and Pirulés. Average production 3000 kg/Ha
Soil: Calcareous.
Location of the vineyards: Manual selection of plots over 70 years old located in the surroundings of Aranda de Duero (Burgos).
Crop type: Sustainable agriculture.
Alcoholic fermentation: Earthenware vats and oak barrels with indigenous yeast.
Malolactic fermentation: partial in earthenware jars and oak barrels.
Aged in clay, acacia and Hungarian oak barrels for 8 months and the rest of the time in bottle.
Alcohol %: 12.5º.
Production: 620 numbered bottles. 750 ml
Tasting notes
Visual appearance: golden yellow color
Aroma: great aromatic intensity, minerality, citrus peel, phosphorus, laurel.
Palate: full in the mouth, fresh and long, oily, soft and delicate touch, good balance.
Keeps well from now to 30 years.
Recommended serving temperature: 12 ºC
