Alcoholic Fermentation: On concrete deposit with native fermenting fungus
Malolactic fermentation: in oak barrel for 6 months.
Aged in 225l., 300l. and 500l. of French, Hungarian and American oak, the last 12 months in 500l barrels. Total aging 30 months

Production: 2.520 numbered bottles (only 500 units for sale each year).
Tasting notes
Visual phase: Cherry red color with medium layer can, clear, bright with purplish red edges.
Nose: Intense and elegant with floral and spicy notes, clove, white pepper, menthol chocolate, cedar, earthy and mineral.
Tasting phase: Ample, fleshy, fine and polished tannin, fresh and balanced, fluid and elegant. More Atlantic character, very long, almost eternal.
Self life between now and 50 years.
