surroundings of Aranda de Duero (Burgos)
Crop type: Eco-ground
Average Yield: 3.000 kg/Ha.
Alcoholic Fermentation: Direct pressing and fermentation in concrete tanks with native yeast.
Malolactic Fermentation: Partial in barrel.
Aged: in 225 L American oak barrel for 9 months and the rest of the time in bottle.
Alcohol %: 13º
Production: 4.041 numbered bottles 750ml.
Tasting notes:
Visual appearance: strawberry red, clean and bright
Aroma: Red fruits, strawberry, raspberries and floral tones
Palate: fresh, long, elegant with big fruity load, good balance.
Self-life between now and 10 years.
Recommended serving temperature: Between 12ºC and 14ºC
