Soil: Majority Sandy-loamy.
Location of the vineyards: Manual selection of plots over 70 years old located in Aranda de Duero (Burgos).
Crop type: Sustainable agriculture.
Average Yield: 3.000 kg/Ha.
Alcoholic Fermentation: Direct pressing and fermentation in concrete tanks with native yeast.
Malolactic Fermentation: Partially in oak barrels.
Aged during 6 months in 225l. French and Hungarian Oak Barrels and rest of the time in bottle.
Alcohol: 13º.
Production: 3.900 numbered bottles of 750 ml.
Tasting notes
Visual appearance: Straw yellow with golden edges. Aroma: White fruits, citric tones, floral character, wood reminiscences. Palate: Soft entrance, glyceric, long, fresh and citric aftertaste, velvety. Self-life between now and twenty years. Recommended serving temperature between 9 a 11ºC. |
