Varieties: Albillo Mayor and Pirulés. Average production 3000 kg/Ha
Soil: Mostly sandy loam.
Location of the vineyards: Manual selection of plots over 70 years old located in the surroundings of Aranda de Duero (Burgos).
Crop type: Sustainable agriculture.
Alcoholic fermentation: Direct pressing and fermentation in concrete tanks with indigenous yeast.
Malolactic fermentation: Partial in oak barrels.
Aged in 225-liter Hungarian and French oak barrels for 6 months and the rest in bottle.
Alcohol %: 13º.
Production: 3998 numbered bottles. 750 ml
Tasting notes
Visual appearance: Yellow tones with golden rim.
Aroma: White fruits, citrus tones, quince, with great florality and hints of wood.
Palate: Soft entry, glyceric, long, fresh with citric and velvety aftertaste.
Keeps for now to 20 years.
Recommended serving temperature: 9 to 11 ºC.
