Grape variety: Tempranillo 100%, 4.100 kg/Ha
Soil: Stony, calcareous clay with a calcareous subsoil.
Location of the vineyards: Gumiel de Mercado (Burgos)
Crop Type: Sustainable agriculture
Alcoholic fermentation: in tank between 26 and 28º Malolactic fermentation: in 300l barrels.
Aged in 225. Spanish oak barrels, total 21 months.
Alcoholic content: 14,5º.
Production: 528 numbered bottles 750ml.
Tasting notes
Visual Appearance: Deep cherry red color with violet hues.
Aroma: Very fresh fruit, floral tones, scrubland, earth, undergrowth, and balsamic.
Deep and aromatic, with earthy characters at its best.
Palate: Elegant, ample, structured, robust and oily. Essence of minerality, great balance in the
combination of wood, earth and fruit.
Keeps for up to 20 years.
Recommended serving temperature 19º.
