Location of the vineyards: Manual selection of over 70 years old plots located in the surroundings of around Aranda de Duero (Burgos).
Crop type: Sustainable agriculture.
Alcoholic Fermentation: On concrete deposit with native fermenting fungus.
Malolactic fermentation: Partially in barrel
Aged in 225l American oak barrels for 6 months and the rest of the time in the bottle.
Alcohol: 14.5º
Production: 1.998 numbered bottles. 750ml.

Tasting notes

Visual appearance: Strawberry red, clean and bright

Aroma: Red fruits, strawberries, raspberries, floral tones.

Palate: Fresh, long, elegant, with great fruit, good balance.

Self life between now and ten years.
