Varieties: Tempranillo 100%, 4,100 kg/Ha

Soil: Stony, calcareous clay with a calcareous subsoil.

Location of the vineyards: Gumiel de Mercado (Burgos)

Crop Type: Sustainable agriculture

Alcoholic fermentation: in tank between 26 and 28º

Malolactic fermentation: in 300l. barrels.

Aged in 225l barrels of Quercus Pyrenaica, total 21 months.

Alcoholic content: 14, 5º.

Production: 528 numbered 750 ml. bottles.

Tasting notes

Visual Appearance: Deep cherry color with violet hues.

Aroma: Very fresh fruit, floral tones, scrubland, earth, undergrowth, and balsamic. Deep and aromatic, with earthy characters at its best.

Palate: Elegant, ample, structured, fresh, with great verticality and finesse. Essence of minerality, great balance in the combination of wood, earth and fruit.

Self live between from now to 20 years.

Recommended serving temperature: 18ºC
