This merchant agrees not to permit any transaction that is illegal, or is deemed by the credit card brands or acquiring bank, that may or has the potential to damage the goodwill of, or adversely influence them. RETURNS
1.- Right of withdrawal
In Territorio Luthier we seek excellence and customer satisfaction, however, if you are not satisfied, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the communication concerning the exercise of this right on your part is sent before the expiry of the before the expiration of the corresponding deadline.
CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to effect such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first. 2.- Return due to breakage

Shipping information
SHIPPING
Shipping and handling charges shall be borne by the addressee. Before finalizing the purchase and confirming the order, it will be possible to know the amount of this concept and, if desired, the customer may reject the order. Also the shipping costs and any other costs and/or commissions derived from the purchase and/or shipment will be displayed on the screen before the user finalizes the purchase. Thus, if the user does not agree with any of the prices, totals, commissions and/or expenses, he/she can stop the purchase process and thus cancel the purchase.
We deliver to the following areas: Andorra, Balearic Islands, mainland Spain, Portugal and France.
At the moment we do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.
All shipments are made by transport agency or courier.
To ensure the best service to our customers, we cannot accept reservations or deliveries after the date of purchase as we cannot guarantee the future stock of the products.
Delivery Time
Shipments will be made on the working day following the formalization of the order, being the delivery at destination the following 48-72 hours to such shipment. In case of not being at the address indicated, the buyer will be responsible for arranging a new delivery date.
No orders will be served on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
On Fridays, shipments are only sent upon mutual acceptance of the conditions of receipt.
Shipments are shipped with quality packaging, in order to avoid as far as possible any defect or breakage that may occur during transport.
During Christmas, Easter, national holidays, etc., order deliveries may be delayed, so we recommend that you make your purchases for these dates well in advance.
