Alcoholic Fermentation: On concrete deposit with native fermenting fungus
Malolactic fermentation: in oak barrel for 6 months.
Aged in 225l., 300l. and 500l. of French, Hungarian and American oak, the last 12 months in 500l barrels. Total aging 30 months

Production: 4.399 numbered bottles (only 500 units for sale each year).
Tasting notes
Visual phase: Limpid, bright, reddish edges and light violets. Cherry red with high layer.
Nose: Mocha, tea, notes of fresh butter, blackberry, plum, limestone notes and scrubland.
Tasting phase: Powerful, structured and oily. Powerful and fleshy tannin, Mediterranean character, long, sapid and with very good persistence.
Self life between now and 50 years.
