Location of the vineyards: Manual selection of plots over 30
years old located in La Horra y Gumiel de Mercado (Burgos).
Crop Type: 85% eco-ground, 15% sustainable agriculture.
Average Yield: 4.500 kg/Ha.
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation: In concrete tanks with native yeast.
Aged during 12 months in 225l. French, Hungarian and
American Oak Barrels and y 9 months in concrete tanks
afterwards.
Alcohol: 14, 5º
Production: 18.330 numbered bottles 750 ml.
Tasting notes
Visual Appearance: Cherry red with violet edge.
Aroma: Berries, floral tones, balsamic, mineral and elegant.
Palate: Soft and delicate touch, good balance and acidity with notes of fruit and minerality.
A wine with great balance and finesse, very fresh and ready to enjoy.
Self life between now and fifteen years.
Recommended serving temperature: 17ºC.
