Gumiel de Mercado (Burgos).
Crop Type: 80% eco-ground, 20% sustainable agriculture.
Average Yield: 4.500 kg/Ha.
Alcoholic Fermentation: In concrete tanks with native yeast.
Malolactic Fermentation: In concrete tanks.
Aged during 12 months in 225l. French, Hungarian and American Oak Barrels and y 8 months
in concrete tanks afterwards.
Alcohol: 15º
Production: 21.150 numbered bottles 750 ml.
Tasting notes
Visual Appearance: Cherry red with violet edge.
Aroma: Berries, very clean toasted Wood, balsamic, mineral, very elegant.
Palate: Soft and delicate touch, good balance and acidity with notes of fruit and minerality.
A wine with great balance and finesse, very fresh and ready to enjoy.
Self life between now and fifteen years.
Recommended serving temperature: 18ºC.
