Location of the vineyards: Manual selection in plots over 90 years old located in Aranda de Duero Zazuar (Burgos).
Crop type: Sustainable agriculture.
Alcoholic fermentation: In earthenware vats and oak barrels with indigenous yeast.
Malolactic fermentation: In earthenware jars and oak barrels for 8 months.
Aged in 225-liter Hungarian oak barrels for 20 months and the rest of the time in bottle.
Alcohol %: 13,5º.
Production: 4,490 numbered bottles. 750 ml

Tasting notes
Visual appearance: Greenish yellow with golden hues.
Aroma: Very complex nose, perfect integration of fruit, wood and flowers. Menthol aromas, extreme minerality and citrus tones.
Palate: Silky mouth, with a lot of volume, fresh and mineral.
Keeps well from now to 30 years.
Recommended serving temperature: Between 12 ºC and 14ºC.
