Location of the vineyards: Manual selection of plots over 70 years old located in the surroundings of Zazuar.
Crop type: Sustainable agriculture.
Alcoholic fermentation: Direct pressing and fermentation in concrete tanks with indigenous yeast.
Malolactic fermentation: In Spanish oak barrels.
Aged 16 months in Spanish oak barrels (Quercus Pyrenaica) in 225 and 500 liter formats.
Alcohol %: 13.5º.
Production: 2.690 numbered bottles. 750 ml
Tasting notes
Visual appearance: Golden yellow with golden rim.
Aroma: White fruits, citrus tones, honey, very complex spicy, scrubland, white fruits, quince, balsamic, floral with hints of undergrowth and toasted wood.
Palate: Smooth entry, glyceric, long, fresh with a fresh and velvety aftertaste, vertical and with a great aging capacity.
Recommended serving temperature: 11 to 12ºC.
