Location of the vineyards: Manual selection of plots over 70 years old located in Zazuar (Burgos).
Crop Type: Sustainable agriculture.
Average Yield: 2.500 kg/Ha
Alcoholic Fermentation: Direct pressing and fermentation in concrete tanks with native yeast.
Malolactic Fermentation: Complete in Spanish oak barrels.
Aged during 16 months in 225l. and 500l.Spanish Oak Barrels, Quercus Pyrenaica.
Alcohol: 13º
Production: 2.000 numbered bottles 750 ml.
Tasting notes
Visual appearance: Gold yellow with golden edges.
Aroma: White fruits, citrus tones, honey, very complex spices, coppice, white fruits, quince, balsamic,
undergrowth and toasted wood.
Palate: Smooth, glyceric, long, fresh with a fresh and velvety aftertaste, upright and with great
aging capacity.
Recommended service temperature: from 11º to 12ºC.
