Grape variety: Tempranillo, Garnacha and Albillo Mayor.
Soil: Calcareous Clay.
Location of the vineyards: Manual selection of plots over 70 years old located in the
surroundings of Aranda de Duero (Burgos).
Crop Type: Sustainable agriculture.
Average Yield: 3.000 kg/Ha
Alcoholic Fermentation: Direct pressing and fermentation in concrete tanks with
native yeast.
Malolactic Fermentation: Partial in oak barrels.
Aged during 6 months in 225l American Oak Barrels and rest of the time in bottle.
Alcohol: 13,5º
Production: 4.500 numbered bottles 750 ml.
Tasting notes
Visual appearance: Strawberry red, clean and bright.
Aroma: Red fruits, strawberry and raspberries and floral tones.
Palate: Fresh, long, balanced, elegant, and with great fruit.
Self-life between now and 10 years.
Recommended serving temperature 12ºC.
